Church of the Good Shepherd
--The Nils M. Schweizer Fellows made a good showing Saturday, March 15th at the Church of the Good Shepherd. A big thanks to the following members for taking time to help out: Michael Bolin, Beverly Gurtis, Ray Johnson, John Kaiser and Kevin Schweizer. The church designed in 1967 by Nils is a very special place. It is here that he was buried, twenty years ago this year.

--Carl Cirillo and Sean Brunson were recognized at the Sheehy House April 25th meeting for their contributions towards the preservation of central Florida's mid-century modern architecture. Site Launched For Previewing
--CENTRALFLORIDAMODERN.com was launched today as a preview for our members to view the site's continued progress. As such, there is still quite a bit of missing and incomplete content. We're updating the site regularly and anticipate a more "official" launch date around January 2006. Please check back often and spread the word.
Eminent Domain Issue
--We recently learned that an original Nils M. Schweizer designed house belonging to one of our members is being targeted for an eminent domain case. We'll post updated information here as it becomes available.
