CENTRALFLORIDAMODERN.com is part of the the Nils M. Schweizer Fellows; a non profit corporation, named after a prominent Central Florida architect, with a goal to promote awareness and seek the preservation of Central Florida's exceptional mid-century modern architecture.

This site is an ongoing collection containing the works of Central Florida's prominent modern architects, designers and builders from the 1950s and beyond.

Dues are now due
Hello All MCM Fans! Annual membership dues of $30 are due in October of each year. Dues paid at any other time during the year are pro-rated at $2.50/month to cover from the current month until the upcoming October. Checks should be made payable to "Nils M. Call to Artist 1'x 1' : Submission deadline is September 20th
On October 9th. We will hold a fundraising Event at City Hall in Orlando Florida to raise the remaining funds needed to match the city grant for the preservation of the Brise Soleil panels. Visit nextround.org for more information. We are asking artist to donate 1' x 1' artworks that are inspired by the Architecture of the Round Building. Can be any medium. 100% of the proceeds will go towards the these preservation funds. Please contact us at centralfloridamodern@gmail.com to submit your work and arrange pick up. Deadline for submission is September 20th 2013.
