Siegmund & Marilyn Goldman spent a year designing the home of their dreams in 1963 with Nils Schweizer. After receiving the proposed cost to build the house, they decided to be their own contractors. They built their home for $35,000. In 2002, John Kaiser became the second proud owner. In 2019 it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was featured in the Summer 2019 issue of Winter Park Magazine.
