This project is a 40,000 SF office building with a branch bank and drive thru. Given the required stacking lanes and the odd configuration of the site a triangular plan was chosen to provide an optimum solution for vehicular circulation and maximum building yield. The sloping site was cut and filled to provide required parking with an upper level accessible from a pedestrian bridge. Flying beams on the east and west exposure shield the bands of windows from the sun.
