Year Built: 1957

Bedrooms: 3

Bathrooms: 3

Architect:
Gene Leedy
1928-2018

This mid century modern home was designed in 1954 by Sarasota School of Architecture architect Gene Leedy. A 10' high privacy wall surrounds the entire perimeter of the property. The home is divided into two separate buildings. In 2003, Robert Kaiser purchased the property and consulting with the original architect, Gene Leedy, added a 20' lap pool and hotub nestled between the buildings. Dawn Kaiser Design Services, LLC was responsible for the interiors, specifying vintage furniture throughout, including Eames, Bertoia and Noguchi pieces. The design of this home typifies the modern design style of the period with clean lines and large expanses of glass, blending the inside and out. This property is available for photo shoot, movie and as a short term vacation rental. Please email rlk@designage.net for more information.
