Frank Sheehy, AIA designed office building in Maitland along 17-92 for Dr. Charles Turner, DDS and Dr. Clarence Bailey. It was after seeing this building that Dr.Chace asked Frank Sheehy to design his dental office in Winter Park. The contractor was Joe Curtis.

The third floor office suites were added at the beginning of construction as rental office space. A Sonneborn architectural coating was applied upon completion in 1970 and has been maintained until present.
