NSB SOUTH BEACH HOME TOUR SCHEDULE SATURDAY MAY 20th  10:00 - MEET AT MARY MCLEOD BETHUNE BEACH PARK - Carpool from here.  10:20 - 11:00 - JERONOMO HOUSE - 901 Sheepshead Ave. - Park along Sheepshead and South Atlantic - Do not park on Turtlemound Road. Those less mobile can park at the Jeronomo house - 3 cars max.  11:15 - 12:15 - KELLY-BLUM HOUSE - 6965 South Atlantic Ave. - Walk from Jeronomo house (3 minutes south). Those less mobile can park at the Kelly-Blum house - 3 cars max.  12:30 - 1:45 - MILLER HOUSE - 4182 Saxon Drive - Park at St. Peter Episcopal Church - 4220 Saxon Drive - (check out deck and memorial garden behind church) - Church is one block south of Miller house (3 minute walk). Those less mobile can park at the Miller house - 5 cars max. Don’t park on the grass. Lunch will be served at the Miller house (subs and drinks).  2:00 - 2:30 - (TBD) HOLM HOUSE - 4501 North Van Kleeck Drive - Walking tour of exterior only - Park at Hiles Avenue Beach parking lot - 3 minute walk. Those less mobile can park at the house gate on North Van Kleek Drive (not at the gate on South Atlantic Avenue) - 4 cars max.  2:45 - 3:30 - MOSLER HOUSE - 4629 Van Kleeck Drive - Walk from Holm House (3 1/2 minutes south). Those less mobile can park on the driveway and on Van Kleeck Drive in front of the Mosler house - 4 cars max.   3:45 - 4:30 - LEE-SCHWEIZER HOUSE - 880 Catfish Ave. - Park along north side of Catfish Avenue - 12 cars max. Those less mobile can park in the driveway - 6 cars max. There will be a parking director to assist.  4:30 - 5:30 - NILS M. SCHWEIZER FELLOWS MEETING - Meeting will be at Lee-Schweizer House and include finger food and drinks. NMSF ( Centralfloridamodern.com ) members and anyone interested in joining are welcome to stay for the meeting. Special guests include Beverly Schweizer Gurtis (wife of Nils Schweizer) and possibly Scott Morris. Scott grew up in the Goldberg House (Charles and Clara) built in 1956 on Lake Butler. The first house designed by Nils. We also hope to have Will Miller and John Jeronomo at the meeting to rap about architecture.  JB’s Fish Camp is a mile and a half south of the Lee-Schweizer House and you are encouraged to eat dinner there and witness a beautiful sunset over the Indian River Lagoon.  For tickets to the tour go here.
